矽品Q3營收季減1.3%　符合預期

IC封測大廠矽品（2325）9月合併營收出爐，來到72.56億元，較上月回升3.5%，年增率達12.5%，第3季合併營收216.52億元，較上季略減1.3%，與法說會上預估的差不多，仍創下單季歷史次高記錄。整體而言，法人表示，矽品第3季下滑，最大的原因就是非蘋陣營相關供應鏈拉貨動能減緩。

矽品預計本月底舉行法說會，董事長林文伯認為，9月客戶訂單將開始回籠，從9月的業績表現也符合該預期，第4季營運能否持穩備受關注。另外，矽品日前買下茂德中科12吋廠，未來的擴產計畫與進度也將是關注焦點。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
