港逾百教師連署　促政府與學生對談

香港超過一百名大專教師連署，對目前的局勢深表擔憂，敦促政府懸崖勒馬，冷靜處事，以具體承諾及行動，回應學生的訴求，以政治方法解決政治問題，跟學生立即展開溝通，重啟對談。

聲明指，任何執政者以暴力壓制爭議、以槍棍壓迫市民、以空言迴避責任，只屬陰謀家的旁門左道，只會進一步造成社會分裂，對解決現時局面於事無補，必將為有識者恥笑，為市民唾棄。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
