【更新】伊斯蘭國又砍一人　英志工漢寧喪命

英國廣播公司（BBC）剛剛發出快訊，遭到「伊斯蘭國」綁票、並被要脅一同拍攝反美宣傳影片的英國志工漢寧，已經遭IS的成員砍首。

漢寧在被斬首之前表示：「我是艾倫漢寧，因為我們的（英國）國會決定要攻擊伊斯蘭國，而我作為英國公民的成員之一，現在將要對這個決定付出代價。」

漢寧遭蒙面黑衣人斬首後，這名割頭魔嗆聲美國首相與國會。他宣稱海恩斯（David Haines）是被卡麥隆害死的，至於漢寧則是為英國國會的決定而死。

漢寧被砍首的影片結尾，IS又以美國人質凱席格（Peter Edward Kassig）作為要脅，警告美國總統歐巴馬持續轟炸「伊斯蘭國」，就等於讓美國的百姓繼續被砍頭。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
