搭霸王車揍人還譙警　醉男遭送辦

搭車不給錢打人還幹譙警察！新北市1名洪姓男(26歲)，昨天在北市忠孝東路錢櫃與友人飲酒作樂，到今天凌晨2時許搭計程車返回新店住處，結果抵達指定地點後，洪男不付255元車資，還對計程車司機說：「明天我給你1000元」計程車司追討車資，竟遭洪男沿路追打，警方前往處理，也遭池魚之殃，還被洪男以髒話辱罵，警方將他制伏後，依傷害、妨害公務等罪嫌送辦。
 
據警方調查，今天凌晨2時許，洪男從北市忠孝東路上車，表示要回新店北新、寶橋路口，當抵達目的地時，洪男竟不願付錢，還一路追打溫男，等警方到場時還反咬計程車司機想「凹錢」，派出所林姓警員上前處理時，洪男竟又揮拳攻擊林員，並以「媽的幹你娘」辱罵，隨後被制伏逮捕，並測得酒測值高達1.02毫克，而洪男接受偵訊時卻辯稱對所犯罪行不記得，雖洪男家屬迅速與溫姓計程車司機達成和解，撤回傷害告訴，但警方仍將洪男依妨害公務移送法辦。（呂健豪／新北報導）
