柴智屏不進大陸　恐遭中國通緝

製作人柴智屏涉嫌行賄，遭大陸「限制出境」；只要不入境，就沒事了嗎？恐怕沒這麼容易。
 
今日出刊的《中國時報》報導，柴智屏人不在大陸，所謂的「限制出境」形同具文，但大陸律師分析，如果柴涉案情節嚴重，又堅持不入境說明，檢方可能會發出「國際通緝令」。
 
律師指出，大陸檢調單位會視當事人涉案程度輕重，採取不同作法。如果當事人涉及重大刑案又拒絕入境，大陸可能會與國際刑警組織連絡，務求將當事人追捕到案。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
