【動新聞】踹車害死人　男騎士重判10年

桃園1名蔣姓男子因不滿被超車，竟怒踹對方機車導致喪命，日前遭法官重判10年徒刑。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，男子邱彥斌2年前與機車相撞喪命，原認定邱男自摔肇禍，但檢警不斷重播案發時的監視器影帶，赫然從關鍵2秒的格方畫面中發現，當時另名機車騎士蔣志峰（42歲）竟伸腳踹死者機車，導致邱男失控滑向對向車道撞車亡，法官研判踹車騎士因死者超車太靠近才踹倒機車，認為他「交通順暢容忍度較一般人低」，日前重判他10年徒刑。（胡治言／綜合報導）
