北韓最高領導人金正恩一向給人胖胖、發福身材的感官，現在英國媒體就分析，金正恩胖的原因，就是因為起司吃太多了。

據英國《鏡報》報導，金正恩日前出席金日成紀念活動時，臉部腫脹，走路一拐一拐的。報導指出，金正恩過去曾在瑞士留學，愛上吃起司，他甚至在北韓數百萬平民挨餓之際，竟從國外進口價格不斐的起司，甚至派廚師前往法國學習廚藝，並在北韓開設起司教室，為的就是要滿足自己愛吃起司的慾望。

報導又引述脫北者指出，金正恩日益增加的體重，正使他的健康變差。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
