警大教授：叫小孩上學不是警察業務

有民眾在周一上午拍到警察要拉小一男生去上學的畫面，警察大學教授葉毓蘭表示，「叫小孩上學，不該是警察為民服務的項目。」

葉毓蘭說，警察的養成教育是打擊犯罪，不是要當兒童心理學家，建議派出所接到類似求助電話，「應該婉拒」。

她指出，日前發生有孩子盜刷爸爸信用卡購買遊戲點數，被爸爸押到警局請波麗士大人代為管教，因為盜刷信用卡是犯罪行為，這種事警察可以管。但是，扮演凶神惡煞恐嚇小孩去上學，就很不合適；為民服務的事若來者不拒，警察的工作恐會「雜役化」。

葉毓蘭建議，警政署應列舉出警察為民服務的項目，清楚列出哪些該做、哪些不服務，以免以後有家長打110請警察幫忙送便當給孩子。
