歐巴馬重申　不派地面部隊赴伊

美國總統歐巴馬昨天在坦帕的麥克迪爾（MacDill）空軍基地演說時重申，美國不會在伊拉克發動另一場地面戰爭，等於否定了參謀首長聯席會議主席鄧普西的建議：在伊拉克部署一些戰鬥部隊。

歐巴馬親自對美軍將士表示，對「伊斯蘭國」的空襲行動主要由美國負責，但目前全球也有超過40個國家與美國合作。他也抬出三軍統帥的身份，宣稱不會讓美軍開往伊拉克打另一場地面戰爭。（李忠謙／綜合外電報導）
