法國總統歐蘭德今天表示，針對聖戰組織伊斯蘭國（IS）造成的威脅，在政治、人道上，「甚至若有必要，還有軍事上」都要有因應措施。

歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）召開國防諮詢會議，總結目前伊斯蘭國在伊拉克造成的情勢，並整體檢視法國所能採取的動員國際的措施。

總統府艾里賽宮晚間表示，歐蘭德於會中強調在政治、人道上因應情勢的重要性，「甚至若有必要，還有軍事上」，但會在遵守國際法律的範圍內。

法國打算與夥伴國繼續開會，以使因應方式在各方面有一致性，並讓伊斯蘭國對全球造成越來越嚴重的威脅能有相對應的處置。

會中還提到準備在巴黎舉行伊拉克和平與安全會議，時程和範圍還要與伊拉克當局緊密聯繫。

此外，諮詢會議檢視烏克蘭的嚴峻情勢，俄羅斯近期在烏克蘭東部的行動違反了歐洲安全的基礎，因此歐蘭德認為，雖然有希望達成停火協議，但條件不足以讓法國准許運送首批軍艦給俄羅斯。(中央社)
