蘋果男女員工比例7比3 　庫克不滿意

據蘋果公司最新公布的員工組成，蘋果全球員工男女比例為7比3，執行長庫克（Tim Cook）不滿意這樣的組成，指女性與少數族裔佔比過低。
 
庫克在部落格貼文表示：「身為執行長，我不滿意這些數字，這已不是什麼新鮮事，我們一直努力改善這些數字。」
 
蘋果美國員工中有7成是白人或亞裔，拉丁裔佔了 11％，黑人約佔7%，據了解，臉書（facebook）、Google、推特（twitter）女員工佔比均近3成，黑人則佔2%左右，電子灣（ebay）女員工占全體員工的42%，且其美國員工有7%是黑人。
 
蘋果目前有9.8萬名員工，美國科技業員工組成常年以男性為主，且白人與亞裔居多，Google 5月率先公告員工組成結構，開科技業之先河，讓外界更加關注這個議題。
