【動新聞】「抽動小雞雞變大」　童掰繼母性侵

新北市1名10歲男童4年前曾在鄰居家前大便被繼母(50多歲)以皮帶教訓，日前因到便利商店偷竊漫畫被逮，他向社工指稱，2009年遭繼母性侵，指她「上下抽動後，小雞雞才變大」。新北地院質疑有違常理，男童最終坦承是討厭媽媽而說謊，法官日前判女方無罪。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，男童依據朋友曾給他看過的A片情節，指稱2009年起，繼母曾多在房間內命他脫褲，抓他的「小鳥」放進下體，「上下抽動後，小雞雞才變 大」性侵他。繼母雖矢口否認仍被檢方起訴，也導致分手。

法官認為「沒有先變大如何接合」，之後說法又前後不一，終坦誠自己瞎掰。該婦人聽聞男童說出真相，坦然平靜表示，希望平安、健康長大，謝謝法院能追查出一切。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
