制裁俄羅斯 歐盟通過加大力道

歐洲聯盟官員表示，歐盟今天終於同意對俄羅斯實施廣泛經濟制裁，範圍涵蓋敏感科技，希望藉此迫使俄國扭轉對烏克蘭的政策。

目前歐盟的制裁措施只限於對俄國個人和企業或機構凍結資產和拒發簽證，新的措施將更進一步，對俄國的金融、國防與能源業設限，讓俄國得要為持續干預行動和支持烏克蘭的親俄叛軍付出更大代價。

歐盟28國大使在布魯塞爾會談近一天後，一位官員說：「對經濟制裁方案已達成政治協議。」

外交人士說，這些制裁措施3個月後將進行檢討。
