調整證交所、期交所、櫃買中心保護基金提撥比率

投保中心的保護基金自1003年1月開始提撥，金管會今(29)日宣布，自2016年起，調整證交所、期交所、櫃買中心所提撥保護基金的提撥比率，調整為1%。

金管會依證券投資人及期貨交易人保護法第18條第3項規定發布令，命令自2013年1月1日起，提撥滿10年之證券商及期貨商暫時停止提撥，現金管會預定依證券投資人及期貨交易人保護法第18條第2項規定，命令自2016年1月1日起，證券交易所、期貨交易所及櫃檯買賣中心之提撥比率，擬由現行按其經手費收入之5%提撥，調整為1%。

金管會表示，前開調整已預告期滿，將於近期發布。
