摩根士丹利準備幫基層員工加薪25%

當前全球大型金融業在更加嚴厲的監管機制下，多半仍縮減薪資與福利政策，不過，彭博引述消息人士報導，摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）卻準備為基層階員工加薪，把底薪增加25%，希望藉此留住人才。
 
摩根士丹利計劃為全球投資銀行和資本市場部門經理和副總裁加薪。年輕員工也是摩根士丹利此波加薪的重點，公司希望提高年輕員工現金流，只不過，加薪不表示獎金也會同步增加。
 
摩根士丹利將以實際加薪行動留住年輕員工，以降低公司流動率。其他同業包括美國銀行（Bank of America）則鼓勵員工周末休假，不要加班。（王秋燕／綜合外電報導）
