看MLB 常常看到很多球員簽大約之後就變成小倫的 但是 無論如何 合約還是照走的 不會因為傷.病.痛.弱 而收不到這些錢 問題來了 台灣的合約是出了名的因時制宜 球員因為傷.病.痛.弱 而收不到錢根本不是新聞 但是國外來的MPS卻可以簽了大約之後 苗頭不對就閃人的主因到底是啥? 1.這裡是台灣 所以一樣因時制宜? 2.中職違約 是違反哪條約? 3.老子就是不想玩了 抽腿走人你也告不了我 到底一份合約可以擺爛到到這種地步的主因是什麼? 我看了一堆新聞還是看不懂 懇請解惑 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.236.89.25 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Baseball/M.1406018441.A.AA6.html
