今年6月20日十二年國教第一次免試入學放榜，基北區有三千七百多位考生落榜。國教聯盟與十二年國教家長聯盟質疑「志願序扣分」制度，使學生高分落榜，侵害學生的受教權，今天（7月21日）上午至教育部提出訴願書，未來不排除提出行政訴訟及聲請釋憲。

聯盟代表周美里指出，基北區八萬多學生名額、七萬五千考生的情況下，仍有3703位學生落榜，在選填志願序時，許多社區高中無確切排名，學校資訊不透明，造成學生選填志願無所適從。志願序扣分制度使學生高分落榜，希望能在二次免試入學時有所改善。...(完整報導)
