港府政改報告出爐　「佔中」尚不啟動

港府昨發表首輪政改諮商報告，外界最關注的就是特首選舉是否納入公民提民權。對此，香港「和平佔領中環」發起人表示，香港特首梁振英昨公布的報告雖未能準確反映港人意見，但目前還不到發起「佔中」的時機。

「佔中」發起人戴耀廷昨接受香港電台訪問時表示，「佔中」行動已經完成所有組織計畫，但他們一直將「佔中」當作最後手段，不到最後關鍵不會輕易發動「佔中」。戴耀廷表示，目前進入「對話階段」，要先和港府代表協商。他並呼籲中國全國人大常委延到10月再決定香港政改方案，好讓港人和中央政府有更多商討時間。

此外，中國官方媒體《環球時報》今則發表社論評論港府政改報告，指此篇報告對「香港社會的代表性高於任何其他聲音，應當是中央落實《基本法》時判斷香港現實環境的主要依據。」顯示北京可能將以此為基礎，推動香港政改。（大陸中心／綜合報導）
