為了讓家境清寒的學生不再因經濟弱勢而喪失升學機會，摩斯漢堡.打造「摩斯漢堡弱勢助學保障就業計畫」，幫助弱勢生能繼續學業外，也保障未來能順利就業。

今年入社的低收入戶學生開始執行該計畫，預計每年資助40名青年學子。透過摩斯漢堡既有的合作學校來保障學生升學，例如有中國科技大學等多家學校，補助弱勢學生2年或4年之全額學費，學生畢業後即可直接就業，提供2年或4年之工作保障，外縣市至大台北地區、新竹地區工作者，將免費提供住宿。針對優秀學子，每學期另發放5,000元獎學金。

另外，在實習期間表現優異的同學，畢業後直接推薦參加「內部儲備幹部店長計畫」，接受公司快速培育訓練，有機會成為月薪4萬以上的門市經營管理者。「給他一條魚，不如給他一根釣竿」，摩斯漢堡希望透過該計畫來鼓勵弱勢生在逆境仍持續學業、增進技能和追求夢想。詳細摩斯徵才職缺請上1111人力銀行。
