歐盟要求俄羅斯　三天內無進展將再制裁

歐盟委員會昨天（27日）呼籲，希望俄羅斯能緩解烏克蘭緊張局勢，並在30日前取得進展，否則將對俄羅斯採取進一步制裁措施。

歐盟公告指出，希望俄羅斯在以下四方面做出努力。一，在歐安組織監督下達成停火和有效控制邊界的核查機制；二，恢復烏克蘭當局對三個邊境檢查站的控制；三，釋放歐安組織觀察員等人質；四，啟動圍繞烏克蘭總統波羅申科和平計劃的實質性談判。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
