大家樂集團(00341.HK)宣布，繼2013年3月止財政年度對北美洲業務「Manchu WOK」之

大家樂集團(00341.HK)宣布，繼2013年3月止財政年度對北美洲業務「Manchu WOK」之商譽賬面值作出約50%，即4820萬元減值撥備後，可能於本財年對其剩餘之全部或部份商譽賬面值作出進一步減值撥備。

Manchu WOK為集團於北美洲之連鎖中式速食餐廳，現時於美國及加拿大之分店總數為137 間。2013年9月止，Manchu WOK之剩餘商譽賬面值約為4940萬元。

有關撥備對集團本年3月止財政年度沒有重大負面影響。(de/d)
