費鴻泰：永豐銀TRF藏鏡人　聽說是何壽川

立法委員費鴻泰上午在財政委員會考察台灣證交所時指出，TRF（目標可贖回遠期契約）應該是避險工具，為何銀行拿來賺錢，也變成客戶的投機工具？

他直言，金管會對這些銀行，應該要加重處罰，並提到「有聽說，永豐TRF的藏鏡人，背後是何壽川（永豐金控董事長），但我跟他不認識」。

費鴻泰提到，國內金融商品的危機，從1997~1998年的連動債，到後來的雙卡危機，現在又有TRF，「金管會應該要好好監督，不能只當好人」。

他舉紅火案為例，建議金管會「應該要加重處罰，要讓它不能再經營（相關業務），才能讓它痛」，如此才能減少有心人藏汙納垢的狀況。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
