失聯馬航賠償　庭外和解機率高

馬來西亞航空MH370客機失蹤至今逾2個月，有航空法專家稱，由於目前缺乏證據證明客機失蹤的原因，構成法律難題，預料最終馬航會與乘客家屬達成庭外和解。

雖然至今仍未尋獲客機的殘骸，但客機乘客及機組人員的家屬，仍可向馬航追究責任。專攻運輸法的律師約瑟夫（Jeremy Joseph）表示︰「理論上來說，馬航須負起全責。」（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
