強迫學生付費上網　陸校抽成中飽私囊

據北京中央電視台《消費主張》節目報導，中國部分學校通過與電訊公司合作，實施同一宿舍「一人一帳號」的方式來限制學生上網，強迫學生付高額上網費，並從中抽成。

電訊商壟斷校園上網服務，學生成待宰的肥羊。 據悉，成都東軟學院、四川大學等學校通過網路設置「一人一賬號」的方式，讓學生無法共享網絡。每名學生要交昂貴的上網費開設個人網上帳戶，學校從中抽佣。

學生小水（化名）說，每名學生一個月的上網費用平均是90元人民幣（約台幣450元）。四川大學去年的學生上網數量達3萬戶。由此推算，每年費用達到3000多萬元人民幣。如果學生可以使用無線路由器，費用將大幅縮水。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
