精成科擬不配發去年股利

精成科技（6191）今天董事會決議，擬不配發2013年股利。

精成科尚未公布2013年財務報表，當年營收331.88億元，比2012年減少8.79%；其中第4季營收90.98億元，季增率7.02%，創六季新高。

精成科2013年前三季毛利率6.52%，稅後純損4,524萬元，每股稅後純損0.09元；毛利率比2012年同期提高0.91個百分點，但轉盈為虧。

精成科2014年2月營收19.52億元，比1月及2013年2月各減少31.6%、18.74%，創113個月新低。

精成科表示，2月營收下滑是逢農曆春節、工作天數減少，前兩月營收48.06億元，較2013年同期衰退7.91%。
