推居住正義柯文哲：公宅三部曲

台北市長柯文哲的公共住宅政策，近日來鬧得沸沸揚揚，柯文哲今接受電台專訪時表示，北市推動公共住宅有「三部曲」，分別是整理現有空屋、蓋中繼住宅及公辦都更，強調「我柯文哲不是白癡」，呼籲民眾「要有信心」，未來也將成立工作小組，加強市府政策行銷及當地居民溝通。
