【動新聞】警扣失竊車6年　竟向車主討21萬

花蓮縣警察局查獲民眾報案失竊車輛，不僅拖了近6年才通報車主，還要求繳交逾21萬元的保管費。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，桃園陳先生表示，2005年7月他駕車前往花蓮工作，當時將車停放路邊5天，後來發現失竊趕緊報案，自此沒下聞，卻在2011年7月接獲花蓮警方通知，車輛早在他報案失竊前2天，就因竊賊酒駕而被警方扣車，警方卻過6年才通知他，還要他付這6年來21萬餘元的車輛保管費。

陳先生不滿警方疏失拒付款領車，連3年向警反映未獲處理，日前又收到警方限期領車公文，保管費更累計至30餘萬，讓他備感無奈向《蘋果》投訴，《蘋果》介入後，警方於昨通知可免繳。（胡治言／綜合報導）
