商圈加持　台南商業地7億元標脫

國有財產署南區分署今年招標第2批國防部委託標售國軍老舊眷村改建國有不動產，均位於台南市。有3筆中西區的商業用地以及1筆永康區的住宅用地，標號1的商業用地位衛民街，鄰近台南車站和新光三越，基地面積達948.7坪，底價5億9573萬元，由於商業效益強，今日順利以總價7億336萬元標脫，溢價率達18%。
 
國有財產署台南辦事處主任林秀娟表示，雖然其餘3筆土地流標，但位中西區郡王段的商業用地今日有人投標，只是資格不符，在市場對土地仍有需求的情況下，國產署會再擇日標售。（潘姿羽／台南報導）
