張顯耀兼任海基會副董事長、秘書長

陸委會發言人吳美紅下午證實，海基會副董事長兼秘書長高孔廉昨日離任，其職務由陸委會政務副主委張顯耀兼任，海陸雙職的方式，續任陸委會副主委。而海基會副秘書長馬紹章升任為另一位副董事長，以備張顯耀不克於海基會督責時，可由馬紹章代理他的工作。

據了解，此項人事案目前仍在陸委會作業中，將儘快呈報行政院核定，及海基會召開臨時董事會，確認二人的人事案。(王烱華／台北報導）
