【動新聞】台大女學生　情牽四海幫金主

特偵組偵辦台南市前議長吳健保假釋關說案時，監聽卷證卻發現四海幫金主練成瑜，竟與台大法律系一名女學生搞曖昧。《風傳媒》報導被練成瑜金援的這名女學生，視練為偶像，頻傳簡訊「我現在最大的心願，就是趕快考上律師，可以幫你辯護。」報導還指練為打通關，宴請警政署長王卓鈞及各典獄長，但被指涉的高官昨都否認。

警方調查，四海幫金主練成瑜（六十一歲）綽號「凸哥」，畢業於文化大學新聞學系，他與妻子育有一女一子，但子女在美國。目前練成瑜擔任衛星廣播電視商業同業公會理事長，二○○七年他涉嫌經營地下錢莊暴力討債、內線交易等案被捕，該案仍在審理中，此後他自學法律知識。 ​(綜合報導)
