江宜樺：國發會將成小行政院

國發會今日正式掛牌成立，行政院長江宜樺致詞時表示，希望由經建會、研考會與部分工程會合併的後的國發會，可以發揮「1+1>2」的功能，不只是數量變，質性上也要提昇，由原本的「財經小內閣」，變成「小行政院」。
 
江宜樺也說，政府組織改造的國發會，不像文化部、衛福部是第一線服務民眾，而是幕僚單位，這樣的能見度不一定高，但是對一個國家來說，10、20年甚至50年後，國家的方向必須要看更遠、想的更清楚，不能被短期意見影響，更要成為振興經濟的動能，同時不能忽視社會公義。（林海／台北報導）
