寒流發威全台冷吱吱　淡水低溫降到10℃

寒流持續發威，到晚上9時多，台南以北低溫都降到12℃以下，淡水最低溫已降到10.0℃，高屏及花東地區氣溫也降到14℃以下。中央氣象局提醒，今晚到明天清晨各地氣溫還會持續降低，提醒民眾留意。

氣象局持續發布低溫特報，目前全國除了台東、澎湖以外，其他各縣市均在特報警戒範圍內，從今晚到後天清晨將出現10℃以下的低溫，尤其中部以北沿海空曠地區配合輻射冷卻效應，低溫更下探8℃。（張勵德／台北報導）
