大陸建設台中7期案　上看70萬元

北部建商插旗台中7期，新豪宅案農曆春節起戰火開打，大陸建設台中7期新案「宝格」預定3月公開，也已悄悄動土。據參觀過的客戶透露，目前每坪開價70萬元起跳。

「宝格」案就是2年前大陸建設以每坪327萬元購地，創下中部土地價格成交新高的基地。大陸建設董事長張良吉指出，「宝格」3月開案，開價不會如市場外傳這麼高，目前已展開潛銷。「宝格」案目前已開始邀請客戶進場參觀，對於確實開價，大陸建設始終不願鬆口。（劉曉霞／台北報導）
