夾腳拖砸瞎導盲犬　惡男起訴

家住新北市新店區的張姓男子，帶家中柴犬散步時，遇到拉不拉多導盲犬，柴犬突然失控對導盲犬狂吠、亂咬，張男不僅不制止自家的柴犬，反而拿起夾腳拖朝導盲犬身上扔，造成拉不拉多左眼失明，台北地檢署今依毀損罪以及違反《動物保護法》將張男起訴。

這起事件發生在去年9月18日中午，1名陳姓女照護員帶著家中寄養的9個月大導盲幼犬Xanti外出，在行經新北市新店區建安街時，恰巧遇到張男帶著家中柴犬在外散步，柴犬遇到拉不拉多後突然發狂，並衝到拉不拉多的身旁亂叫、亂咬。

乖巧溫和並受過訓練的Xanti，並未受到柴犬亂吠的影響，安靜的跟著陳女走路，沒想到張男不管好自己的狗，反而將腳上穿的BOSETON夾腳拖拿起來，朝導盲犬身上丟擲，恰巧打中左眼，造成拉布拉多視網膜下水腫、失明，無法再擔任導盲犬工作，台灣導盲犬協會因而提出告訴。（呂志明／台北報導）
