仿冒金門高梁配酒　3被告交保

【法庭中心／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦北部地下工廠涉嫌製造仿冒金門高梁「春節配售酒」案，昨(7日)指揮檢警兵分7路搜索，並約談相關嫌疑人到案。其中王姓盤商移送北檢複訊後，遭檢方以《刑法》詐欺、《商標法》等罪諭令10萬元交保，張姓商標印製商則以3萬元交保，另名邵姓共犯則以5萬元交保。至於負責製作假酒的江姓主嫌，則漏夜訊問中。

據悉，這批假酒多是春節配售酒，除「94年春節配售酒」、「97年春節配售酒」，還有「100年春節配售酒」，檢昨警除查扣400多瓶仿冒的春節配售酒，還意外查扣數十瓶格蘭利威等洋酒。
