老農津貼門檻大幅提高　民進黨：污名化老農

【張麗娜／台北報導】立法院今天初審行政院版《老年農民福利津貼暫行條例》修正草案，擬將目前加保農保6個月即可領老農津貼，提高為15年。民進黨發言人林俊憲上午表示，老農津貼是社會福利，不是保險，行政院版本混淆福利與保險的範疇，民進黨全力反對。

林說，行政院用有「假農民」為藉口，將有資格請領的門檻參與從加保6個月延長到15年，這是政府污名化老農，政府草率修法、推卸責任。林說，清查假農民、建立社會福利資料庫，這是政府的責任，政府應清查真假農民，而不是直接修改農民參與農保的資格 6個月變15年，這是政府迴避責任，行政院本末倒置的做法。
