網拍磁鐵賣35元　遭檢舉索賠5萬

【方翊倩／綜合報導】新竹市1名醫生娘，在大陸淘寶網上買了喜羊羊文具組送孩子，但孩子不喜歡，她便將喜羊羊造型磁鐵以35元上網拍賣，事後卻遭檢舉販賣盜版品。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，醫生娘上月底接到警方通知，要求她到案作筆錄，醫生娘到案才知道遭檢舉販賣盜版商品；後來她接到1名自稱該公司委任律師來電，要求以5萬元和解。醫生娘頻喊冤，認為自己也是受害者，警方已受理偵辦。
