國軍禁閉室 更名為悔過室

國防部資源規畫司副司長白捷隆上午在例行記者會中表示，國防部為避免各級部隊執行上產生混淆，研擬配合陸海空軍懲罰法修正通過後，合併為悔過懲罰，並配合將禁閉室，全數更名為悔過室。

對國軍對禁閉制度的改革，國防部資源規畫司副司長白捷隆上午在例行記者會中表示，國防部為避免各級部隊執行上產生混淆，研擬配合陸海空軍懲罰法修正通過後，合併為悔過懲罰，並配合將禁閉室，全數更名為悔過室，未來士官兵接受悔過懲處者，應依法定程序核定，送悔過室集中管理、集中施訓，藉由適切法治、軍紀教育及心理衛生輔導等課程，導正其偏差行為，達到悔改過失教育的目的。
