台鐵三姓橋車站新建工程動土

台鐵為促進新竹市香山地區發展，興建三姓橋簡易車站，完工啟用後與縱貫線上的香山、新竹、北新竹以及內灣線上的千甲、新莊站等共5站，強化新竹市捷運路網銜接，對通勤族是一大福音，也能紓緩新竹站負荷量，有助改善市區交通環境。

台鐵局長范植谷今天參加動土典禮，他提到，自己是新竹人，關心家鄉的發展，三姓橋站落實捷運化及多卡通便利鐵道運輸計畫工程，啟用後，可望服務周邊3所大學院校及通勤人口。

三姓橋簡易車站位於新竹市中華路五段與元培街交叉口，工程經費9575萬餘元，工期540個日曆天。
