充滿藝文氣息、週遭有公園、量販店生活機能便利的區域，哪個才是網友最想居住的區域呢？以上答案通通入列，根據信義房屋網站統計近半年台中市各行政區搜尋量，最熱門的TOP3行政區分別為西屯、南屯及西區。

名列TOP1的西屯區成台中房市領頭羊，根據信義房屋成交行情資料顯示，西屯區住宅行情從第一季的19.8萬至第四季21.1萬，漲幅6.5%，房價水準位居台中市之冠。TOP2的南屯區，隨著文心公園、豐樂公園等大型綠地興建，吸引不少外來人口移入，加上大型量販店好市多及IKEA進駐，也使得網友對南屯區關注度相對高。有文教區之稱的西區，涵蓋美術館綠園道、草悟道、經國綠園道、市民廣場等，向來是台中推行藝文活動的主要據點，相對帶動該區產品熱賣。

信義房屋中二區區主管陳進堂協理表示，西區位於台中市中心地帶，至各行政區交通便利，加上生活機能佳，區內產品深受台中市民青睞。500萬以內舊公寓因單價低、公設低，相當受預算有限的首購族歡迎。近期以500萬以下低總價、800萬至1200萬3房產品最夯，2000萬~3000萬以上5年內的4房大坪數產品也深受換屋族喜愛。
