不實收據核銷公關費　前榮民醫院長判7個月

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】榮總宜蘭員山分院秘書室辦事員郭賢進（50歲），日前為方便行事，將前任院長游漢欽（57歲）、前秘書室主任鄭德文（57歲）用來「招待外賓」先行代墊的費用，先累積達一定金額後，再填寫1張向餐廳索取的不實收據，以「公關費」項目核銷，且郭男為避免字跡相同，還找來他人代寫。全案經宜蘭地院審結，今天將游漢欽等3人依偽造文書罪，各判處7月徒刑、緩刑2年。
