景氣差　B辦成老闆新歡

【劉曉霞／台北報導】景氣差，企業對辦公室租金謹慎，敦北或非核心區域的A級商辦或捷運路網周邊的B級辦公室成為企業的新歡，但台北市信義區的商辦租金仍不跌反漲，商仲業者調查，去年第4季B級商辦的空置率較前年下降0.8個百分點，租金也較前年下跌5.8%，信義區商辦租金反較前年上漲4.0%。

仲量聯行調查發現，景氣差、企業對租金支出謹慎情況下，敦北或非核心區域的A級商辦或捷運路網周邊的B級辦公室持續受到企業的青睞，B辦的部分房東降租吸引租戶，再加上捷運路線相繼通車帶動，空置率降到6.9%。
