【動新聞／綜合報導】印度一名母親蔻莉，不滿自己23歲的女兒奇蘭，2年前結婚後沒多久，就逃回家中賴著不走，在家裡菸不離手，假日時還打扮得花枝招展上夜店和男人廝混。

蔻莉多次在女兒飲食中放了大量鎮定劑，都沒能毒死女兒，於是找來自己當警察的哥哥，約定以台幣4.8萬的價格，要哥哥「做掉」女兒。行兇當晚，蔻莉先把先生和小兒子送到親戚家，蔻莉的哥哥和另一名幫手，則偽裝成歹徒潛入，先綑綁蔻莉，再闖入奇蘭房間，一刀割斷奇蘭的氣管斃命。

由於疑點太多，最後被警方識破，蔻莉坦承犯案，強調是看不慣女兒荒唐行徑，才會下毒手。
