搶地好過年　開發商Q4購地佔去年全年一半

【劉曉霞／台北報導】建商去年下半年積極購地，儲備推案來源，獵地方向由傳統雙北區明顯外移到中、南部，商仲業者統計，去年全年土地交易額總達1325億元，其中第4季土地交易額高達650億元，佔全年購地近5成，開發商趕在年前「搶地好過年」。

第一太平戴維斯統計，去年大型土地交易、單筆成交金額超過3億元的總金額達1325億元，比對世邦魏理仕統計，第4季土地交易合計650億元，可發現去年土地市場以第4季最熱，購地金額佔全年49.06%。

據公開資訊觀測站顯示，建商去年購地時間集中在10、11月，「獵地王」興富發和「獵地后」遠雄不手軟，積極砸錢在新竹、台中和台南等地，顯示建商對房市前景依舊看好。興富發旗下潤隆在新竹竹北推出「國賓大悅」熱銷，帶動興富在竹北接連獵地，規劃推出大案。
