上櫃浩騰掏空5億資產 負責人500萬交保

【呂志明／台北報導】檢調偵辦浩騰科技公司(5364)掏空弊案，今天以被告身分約談負責人到案，訊後認為陳姓實際負責人主導全案，以違反《證券交易法》特別背信罪諭令500萬元交保，陳的妻子100萬元交保、黃姓名義負責人則以50萬元交保。
 
浩騰科技成立於1990年，1998年股票上櫃(股票代號:5364)，主要營業項目為電腦週邊產品、電子零組件、批發、零售，以及工業用塑膠品製造等，2010年跨足綠能產業，2012年股東常會決議通過更名為「易福股份有限公司」，去年4月2日正式公告。
 
檢調查出，2007年浩騰旗下關係企業，因為積欠下游供應商近5億元的債務，浩騰為了替關係企業償債，涉嫌以不實交易，向旗下公司購買模具設備幫忙還債。
