服務單車騎士　水公司設置旗山鐵馬驛站

【涂建豐／高雄報導】自行車休閒運動風潮正夯，自來水公司旗山營運所設置「鐵馬驛站」，為鐵騎族免費提供停車、打氣、給水、如廁及手機充電等簡易服務，營業廳內更備有電視、電腦、書報雜誌、臨近觀光景點及生活節水資訊等諮詢服務。
 
自來水公司旗山營運所緊臨旗山溪堤防，旁邊更設有具豐富生態特性的自行車道。該自行車道沿護岸而建，是串連旗山和美濃重要的旅遊動線，沿途視野遼闊，可飽覽百年古鎮風情，是許多鐵騎族朋友最佳騎乘路線。
 
自來水公司第七區管理處表示，為配合「節能減碳」政策，設置鐵馬驛站鼓勵民眾多騎乘單車，減少廢氣排放；在業務方面亦積極推動「電子帳單」申辦、智慧型手機APP繳費、「水電麻吉」聯合等服務，歡迎民眾多加利用。
