龍潭案求償4億　二審仍判扁珍免賠

【丁牧群／台北報導】前總統陳水扁夫婦因龍潭購地弊案，各被判刑11年定讞，民事部份，竹科管理局不滿損失4億元佣金，且近8萬坪房地無法過戶損失慘重，提告向扁珍等人求償4億元。
 
台北地院審理認為，竹科管理局無法證明4億元是購地成本，且土地已可過戶使用並無損失，2012年判科管局敗訴。科管局上訴後，高等法院仍維持一審認定，今判決科管局求償敗訴。全案仍可上訴。
