【動新聞】女抓男手摸奶控性騷　左右乳說不清敗訴

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】嘉義縣劉姓男子（40歲）在台中市和平山區有片茶園，前年8月與曾姓種茶夫妻有茶園租貸糾紛，曾妻控劉男摸奶，但現場有2工人證稱，女方喊「我的奶給你摸」，但被抓哪一邊乳房，前後說辭不一。台中地院認為劉男遭誣陷，判劉男無罪，可上訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，曾妻驗傷時稱「左胸」被抓傷，報警又稱被抓到「右乳」，有工人證稱聽見曾妻說：「不然我的奶給你摸。」她與丈夫各抓劉男1隻手，要碰曾妻胸部；但劉男指稱，根本沒碰到。法官認為，劉男在眾目睽睽之下應無膽襲胸，判他無罪。

摸奶告性騷示意圖 劉男稱是曾姓夫妻拉他的手去摸曾妻的奶，卻被控告性騷擾，法官採信判劉無罪。
