慶城街1號周邊整合　將成南京復興商圈

【林海／台北報導】看好捷運松山線通車商機，慶城街1號商場規劃整合周邊30~50家商家，成為南京復興商圈。慶城街1號商場執行副總劉志盈表示，預計明年中前會整合完成，推出通行證或護照形式給予消費者優惠，也認為，在交通運輸系統發達的台北市，未來將會是商圈與商圈間的競爭。
 
劉志盈也說，今年慶城街1號商場業績成長幅度高達30%，明年目標成長20%。他指出，在商場中，餐飲比例高達70%，因此相較於其他百貨零售業者，比較不受景氣不佳影響。
