王郁琦登陸見張志軍？　台聯不滿揚言刪預算

【何哲欣／台北報導】外傳陸委會主委王郁琦將在農曆過年後，率團到中國會見國台辦主任張志軍。台聯立院黨團總召許忠信上午舉行記者會說，王郁琦到中國，必須是官方對官方的會面，需受國會監督，行前應先向立法院報告目的、相關行程，經立院同意才能前往，否則台聯將嚴審陸委會與中國的交流預算。

台聯副總召黃文玲也說，馬政府推動服務貿易協議、貨品貿易協議都不如預期，因此王郁琦才銜命去溝通，甚至是代表總統馬英九去請罪，與張志軍會面，也可能觸及兩岸的政治談判，台聯拒絕這種黑箱作業，要求王郁琦說清楚。
